[MOD] Convolution

Actually, not only we’re adding the file support as we’re making it at host level.
Also, we’re now defining a LV2 bundle style pedalboard, a session with plugins, connections and controller bindings and the used files - IR, samples, loops, etc - are now attached files inside the bundle, thus making it possible to share the eerie bundle with MOD devices and desktop users.
